What Songy collects when you join early access or write to us, why, who processes it, and how to see, correct or delete it.

The short version: we collect as little as we can, use it only to run Songy and never sell it. Songy is made by CasJam Media LLC.

## What stays private

Songy is a local-first Mac app: your songs stay on your Mac. This website never sees your voice memos, lyrics or chord charts.

## What we collect

- **When you join early access:** your email address.
- **When you answer the survey:** your answers, kept with the email address you signed up with. A cookie that lasts two hours connects the two.
- **When you write to us:** your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
- **With each form:** your country, your browser and the page you came from. We don't store your IP address.

This website doesn't use analytics or tracking cookies.

## Who processes it

- **Cloudflare** hosts this website and stores form entries in its database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form comes from a person, not a bot.
- **Mimeo**, the email tool we use, gets your email address and your form answers, so we can send your early access invite.
- Each entry is also emailed to Brian, who reads them himself.

## Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Write to [info@vizzz.biz](mailto:info@vizzz.biz) or use the [contact page](/contact), and we'll handle it within 30 days. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

## Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. See also our [terms](/terms).
