Privacy

The short version: we collect as little as we can, use it only to run Songy and never sell it. Songy is made by CasJam Media LLC.

What stays private

Songy is a local-first Mac app: your songs stay on your Mac. This website never sees your voice memos, lyrics or chord charts.

What we collect

• When you join early access: your email address.
• When you answer the survey: your answers, kept with the email address you signed up with. A cookie that lasts two hours connects the two.
• When you write to us: your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
• With each form: your country, your browser and the page you came from. We don't store your IP address.

This website doesn't use analytics or tracking cookies.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form entries in its database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form comes from a person, not a bot.
• Mimeo, the email tool we use, gets your email address and your form answers, so we can send your early access invite.
• Each entry is also emailed to Brian, who reads them himself.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Write to info@vizzz.biz or use the contact page, and we'll handle it within 30 days. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. See also our terms.
